Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using natural materials. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we care deeply about your experience and stand behind the quality of every piece.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you experience a defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review the issue and work with you on a repair, replacement, or resolution where appropriate.

 

Repairs
We offer repair services for eligible items to help extend the life of your jewelry. This may include clasp replacements, restringing, or general wear over time.
To request a repair, please reach out with your order details and a photo of the piece. Repair fees may apply depending on the nature of the damage.
