Returns
We accept returns of eligible, unworn pieces in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Before returning an item, please email info@taliajonelle.com with your order number and reason for return so we can provide instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Custom, personalized, altered, and final-sale pieces are not eligible for return.
Complimentary Repairs
We are happy to offer complimentary repair service for TaliaJonelle handcrafted pieces affected by general wear and tear or a craftsmanship defect. Customers are responsible for the cost of safely shipping the piece back to us, but there is no charge for eligible repair work.
Some damage—such as a cracked, chipped, or broken gemstone—may not be repairable or may require replacement materials. These situations will be reviewed individually, and any available options or associated costs will always be discussed with you before work begins.
Please email info@taliajonelle.com before sending your jewelry back. Include your order number, a brief description of the concern, and clear photos of the piece whenever possible.
