My name is Natalia, and I am the founder, designer, and maker behind TaliaJonelle. Born and raised on the North Shore of Massachusetts, I have always felt most connected to the natural world—the beach, the earth, and the beauty found in organic, imperfect details. I also grew up immersed in my mother’s antique jewelry collection, fascinated by pieces that held history,
craftsmanship, and a story of their own. Together, these influences became the foundation of TaliaJonelle.
I always dreamed of owning a business, but it took the right signs, challenges, and a leap of faith to understand what I was truly meant to create. My neurodivergent mind has always pulled me toward creativity. I love working with my hands and turning an idea into something tangible and beautiful. Creating gives my mind the freedom to wander while also giving it somewhere meaningful to land.
I eventually left my corporate desk job without a perfect plan—only some savings and an undeniable desire to build something that felt purposeful. While deciding what would come next, I began beading as a hobby. I drove to Michaels, bought a few inexpensive supplies and plastic beads, and simply started creating.
What began as a way to fill my time quickly became something much bigger. I started waking up around four in the morning, filled with ideas and excitement, ready to jump out of bed and begin making jewelry. My mother shared that excitement, often arriving with her antique jewelry books, pieces from her collection, and suggestions for new designs.
Then I discovered the world of natural gemstone beads, and everything changed. Their colors, textures, origins, natural variations, and symbolism fascinated me in the best possible way. What started as curiosity became an immediate obsession, and that was when my natural connection to jewelry making truly began to blossom.
The more I learned, the more I wanted to know. I taught myself how to solder and work with metals, began sourcing gemstones from reputable suppliers around the world, and borrowed books from my local library about gemstone terminology, gemology, and fine jewelry making. For the first time in my life, learning did not feel like something I had to struggle to keep up with. School had often been difficult for me, but this craft truly made sense to me. I had found something I could become completely immersed in—and something that felt deeply aligned with who I was.
As TaliaJonelle began to take shape, I also recognized how difficult it had become to find jewelry that felt genuinely handcrafted and personal. We live in a time where mass production and fast fashion are the norm. Pieces are often produced in enormous quantities, made with materials that quickly tarnish or break, and sold without any meaningful connection between the person who created them and the person who will wear them.
I wanted to offer something different: genuine gemstone jewelry made slowly, thoughtfully, and in small batches. Jewelry with a story, a sense of individuality, and a level of personal care that can only come from a small business.
Every TaliaJonelle design begins with natural gemstones personally selected for their color, quality, character, and the way they catch and reflect light. No two stones are exactly alike, so every finished piece carries its own subtle variations. From the first bead to the final clasp, each step is intentional—balancing delicacy with durability and organic beauty with quiet elegance.
I personally design, handcraft, wear, and test my pieces, and I stand behind their quality and craftsmanship with complete confidence. My standard is simple: if I would not purchase it, wear it, and feel proud of it myself, I will not offer it to someone else.
Inspired by soft ocean blues, warm earth tones, luminous neutrals, and unexpected touches of color, TaliaJonelle jewelry is designed to feel effortless, refined, and connected to the natural world. Some pieces are one of a kind, while others are created in very limited quantities—allowing what you choose to feel personal and distinctly yours.
TaliaJonelle was born from a leap of faith, a lifelong love of the earth, and a passion for bringing intention back to jewelry. More than anything, I want every piece to feel special because it was made by someone who genuinely wants you to love it, live in it, and cherish it for years to come.
